The mission of the Kollel is to create a vibrant makom Torah – a place of constant Torah study – in the heart of the greater Phoenix community, thereby enriching the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Bell Road Jewish communities by serving as a model and igniting a passion for the centrality and relevance of limud haTorah in daily Jewish life.
